The refurbishment of 214 guestrooms in a staged fitout program which was undertaken whilst the hotel remained operational. Marques Interior Services provided exclusive FF&E procurement services for the full scope of works which consisted of all guestrooms, lobby bar and lounge as well as the design and procurement of internal signage. Careful programming and timing was required to ensure minimal disruption to guests and hotel occupancy.
