The newest Brisbane hotel is NEXT. This redevelopment of the original lennons hotel on queen street mall, involved the transition from a mixed use building to a 26 Level contemporary hotel. The new NEXT opened in October 2014 and consists of 304 high tech guestrooms, restaurant, club lounge, in transit lounge - complete with sleep pods, pool bar, pool and gym.

Marques interior services were appointed to provide ongoing FF&E procurement services for all front and back of houses areas, including the co-ordination of the delivery, installation and placement of all FF&E.
