- Design – we provide interior design services which are creative whilst maintaining functionality and operational needs within budget allowance.
- Product sourcing and evaluation – we source and select products from a wide range of manufacturers and suppliers to bring high quality, cost effective FF&E solutions to our clients’ projects. - Contract management – we will manage all aspects of the supplier contract to achieve the full benefits of the procurement process and ensure timely delivery and quality products. At all times, we maintain good working relationships with our suppliers and ensure honesty and transparency.
- Procurement – we manage the FF&E procurement process on a day to day basis to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget.
- Installation and Placement – we provide a “hands on” installation and placement service which manages this process from supplier deliveries to final inspections and hand over to our clients. This includes managing of the storage, handling, placement contractor and co-ordinating the installation. This approach allows for minimum handling requirements and potential of damage and loss. This becomes one less thing that the builder needs to do which would otherwise take away from their main focus at this crucial time.
