UKO Stanmore

UKO Stanmore was the first UKO to be developed by Furnished Property Group - Australia’s leading co-living and built-to-rent property management business.

We worked closely with the design team to develop compact, multi-purpose and design led joinery and FF&E designed to enhance the guest experience in small space living. Each piece was prototyped and tested with the renter in mind. Our development on this first UKO when on to form the benchmark for all other UKO’s nationally.

Marques Interior Services were appointed to provide full turnkey FF&E and OSE procurement services from feasibility and budget preparation to placement. UKO Stanmore consisted of 33 mini apartments and communal dining and outdoor courtyard.
