no commercial links to individual manufacturers or suppliers.  This enables us to offer an impartial and transparent procurement consultancy service. Our services include itemized budget preparation, tendering and sourcing, project management, cost management, alternative furniture and fabric selection,
procurement and site supervision.

We offer a professional and complete FF&E and OSE solution from budget preparation through to installation and placement. Our services are flexible and can be tailored to the specific requirements of any new development or refurbishment project regardless of size or complexity.

  • We work with our clients from feasibility to ensure that the FF&E component is inclusive and planned to meet the clients budget requirements and expectations. We set budgets that are both practical and achievable.

  • We work closely with the design team to review and comment on interior design selections and specifications. As necessary, we can provide alternative "equal or equivalent" furniture and finishes selections to ensure that the design intent and budget are aligned.

  • We source and select products from a wide range of manufacturers and suppliers to bring high quality, cost effective FF&E solutions to our clients' projects.

  • Marques Interior Services will manage a professional open tender and share "open book" results.

  • We will manage all aspects of the supplier contract to achieve the full benefits of the procurement process and ensure timely delivery and quality products. At all times, we maintain professional relationships with our suppliers and ensure honesty and transparency.

  • We manage the FF&E procurement process on a day to day basis to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget.

  • We provide a turn key solution, with a "hands on" installation and placement service. We will manage the placement contractor from supplier deliveries to final placement on site and administer any supplier defects.
