Marques Interior Services were appointed to provide comprehensive turnkey procurement services for FF&E and OSE for all guestrooms and suites, public areas and back of house facilities. Collaborating closely with the client, builder and design studio Fitzpatrick & Partners our scope extended from initial budget to final placement. Navigating through the challenges posed by the global pandemic, with key stakeholders dispersed across various time zones and subjected to local and interstate lockdowns, we played a vital role in coordinating and facilitating the procurement process. 

This 48 story integrated development incorporates Citadines hotel as well as office and retail components.  Citadines Walker North Sydney offers 252 guestrooms, restaurant, meeting rooms, business centre, guest lounge and gym.
