Marques Interior Services assumed responsibility for comprehensive turnkey procurement services encompassing furniture, fittings, equipment (FF&E), including artwork, styling, retail, and operating supplies and equipment (OSE) across all guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. Collaborating closely with the client, operator, and the project team’s from MAED and Roberts Co, alongside numerous suppliers, artists, and makers, our role extended from initial budgeting to final placement. We played a pivotal part in bringing Sydney's inaugural Moxy to fruition. Moxy Sydney Airport, a newly constructed lifestyle hotel, features 301 guestrooms, a café, bar, lobby lounge, meeting rooms, and a gym.
